    • This is my current journey and is all of what this website has told and shown you! I would love for you to be part of this journey, too. 

  • Principal Consultant, Professional Learning & Product Alignment, Lexia: Cambium Learning Group, 2023-Present

    • Product expert in Lexia’s product portfolio and system and professional implementation in order to respond to content creation requests across all internal departments. Ensured that alignment documents were developed and maintained on both a responsive and proactive basis. Prioritized, curated, and maintained needed crosswalk documents and alignments for internal expert use as well as tailored client support. Responded to content creation and review requests across departments (marketing, sales, customer success, product) such as product alignments, crosswalks, talking points, or other deliverables. Applied creative problem solving to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in order to ensure timely completion of contracts. Sourced, executed, and made decisions around RFPs and other business and partnership opportunities. 

  • Director of Learning and Education, Creative Reaction Lab, St. Louis MO, – 2022-2023

    • As the Director of L&E, I co-created, directed, and implemented Learning & Education strategies and objectives to ensure alignment with the organizational mission, theory of change, and impact metrics, including short-term and long-term strategic planning and fiscal objectives. Provided executive leadership with operational and technical reports and presentations on organizational performance and advised how best to achieve impact goals and results. Recruited, onboarded, and managed staff, providing individualized coaching, performance evaluations/feedback, and working on averting potential problems. Developed quality scaling and growth strategies for public learning engagements, client programming, adult learning communities of practices, and coaching experiences. Utilized various CRMs to engage with current and prospective clients. Led executive co-creative coaching with clientele. Developed and Operationalized Learning and Client services across multiple LMS platforms.

  • School Administrator, Morris Grove Elementary School, Chapel Hill, NC, – 2018-2022

    • My focus as a School Administrator is to collect and review data to determine student success, growth, social emotional wellbeing, and teacher performance. I consistently reviewed candidates and opportunities to recruit diverse staff and support retention. I supervised and implemented professional development and the NCEES observation cycle. Utilized data to investigate and assess discrepancies in demographic subgroups both academically and risk ratio. I implemented programs and initiatives to foster and build positive school culture within the faculty and staff. I revised the school discipline process to streamline its efficiency and more effectively collect holistic discipline data. 

  • Education and Training Consultant, International Institute for Restorative Practices, Bethlehem, PA, 2014-2019

    • ​As a nationally certified and accredited trainer for the International Institute (IIRP) focusing on Social Justice and School Culture, I train educators in North Carolina and surrounding states in facilitating and implementing Restorative Practices, I lead an implementation team to develop and integrate Restorative Practices into the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School District, I contributed in developing  a pilot school program for implementation of Restorative Practices, I created Professional Development to marry Restorative Practices/Justice with school equity, I am fully licensed and trained in all facets of Restorative Practices through the International Institute of Restorative Practices with over 500 hours of facilitation thus far.
